The devil is in the detail, we complete at least 72 separate checks on your tenant to ensure they are ‘The One’. This is how we have managed to give ourselves and our current landlords zero arrears for so long.

YOU’LL ALWAYS GET GREAT COMMUNICATION.

We will communicate with you on a weekly basis via our advanced IT systems, so that we can provide you with accurate picture of how your property is preforming.

EFFECTIVE MARKETING.

We get your property live to the world immediately by utilising social media platforms. We will of course tick all of the traditional boxes as well, with your property being advertised in our branches and on all of the property portals.
